Can I buy from you as a B2C customer?
Unfortunatley you can not buy directly from Dekoratief. Do you really like our collections?Â

How do I place an order on the website?
On the pages COLLECTIONS and PRODUCTS you can order immediateley. Click on the product you like, adjust the quantities if you want more and add to your shopping cart. Are you done shopping? Go to your basket, mark your requested delivery date and submit your order. We will send you an order confirmation within 24 hours. Â
Can I change my order after I submitted it?
After receiving the order confirmation you have 48 hours to make changes to your order. After that delay, your order is validated and not changeable anymore.
Can I change the delivery address?
Have you moved or has your VAT changed? Please contact us and we will adjust your details. You can also easily change the delivery address at the checkout.Â
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 48 hours after receiving the order confirmation. If you want to cancel later, an indemnity fee of 30% is to be paid.Â

How much is the delivery cost?
If you ordered less than the minimum amount, a transport cost will be added to your invoice. This cost is based on the volume of your goods.Â
When will my order be delivered?
At the checkout you can mark your requested delivery date. A few days before this day we will contact you to inform you on the expected delivery.Â

It is required to take pictures of the wrong or damaged items you received and send them to info@dekoratief.be. Based on these pictures we can help you better and arrange a correct compensation or credit note.Â
