ORDER

Can I buy from you as a B2C customer?

Unfortunatley you can not buy directly from Dekoratief. Do you really like our collections? 
Send us an email and mention the place where you live. We will send you the nearest selling points of our products in your neigbourhood.

How do I place an order on the website?

On the pages COLLECTIONS and PRODUCTS you can order immediateley. Click on the product you like, adjust the quantities if you want more and add to your shopping cart. Are you done shopping? Go to your basket, mark your requested delivery date and submit your order. We will send you an order confirmation within 24 hours.  

Can I change my order after I submitted it?

After receiving the order confirmation you have 48 hours to make changes to your order. After that delay, your order is validated and not changeable anymore.

Minimum purchase amount 500 EUR
Delivered on order amount 750 EUR
Transport cost under 750 EUR is 40 EUR
Additional orders during the same season <500 EUR + transport cost 40 EUR

FRANCE / LUXEMBURG
Minimum purchase amount 750 EUR + flat rate 75 EUR
Delivered on order amount 1000 EUR
Additional orders during the same season <500 EUR + transport cost 75 EUR

EUROPE / WORLD
Minimum purchase amount 1000 EUR
Transport cost for the customer

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 48 hours after receiving the order confirmation. If you want to cancel later, an indemnity fee of 30% is to be paid.

Transport cost for the customer - to be calculated based on volume

When will my order be delivered?

At the checkout you can mark your requested delivery date. A few days before this day we will contact you to inform you on the expected delivery. 

Can I change the delivery address?

Did you move or did your VAT change? Please contact us and we will adjust your details. You can also easily change the delivery address at the checkout. 

What if an article is missing from my delivery?

Please contact us if an item is missing from your order. Send us an email to info@dekoratief.be or call to +32 56 61 54 68.

What if I received an incorrect item or a broken item?

If you received an item you did not order, please contact us.
If you received damaged or broken items, please contact us.
It is required to take pictures of the wrong or damaged items you received and send them to info@dekoratief.be. Based on these pictures we can help you better and arrange a correct compensation or credit note.
